When you purchase from us online you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. Please take your time to go through them so you are fully aware as to where you stand. Making a Purchase
Purchasing from Picture Me In Crystal is designed to be quick, easy and fun. Simply browse through the site until you decide upon the gift you require, upload the image and text of your choice if prompted to do so, then proceed to the checkout. Your order will be processed, your details encrypted and securely stored on our computer for future queries or repeat orders. We have a very strict Privacy Policy and do not give out any of our customers details to anybody.
Personalised Gifts
When ordering personalised gifts you will be prompted to upload your personal image and message along with the font style of text you require. You can either upload your image using our upload facility, or you can send it via email using our contact page. We can work from original photos which you can post to us, or a scanned copy of the original which you can email to us. All digital camera or mobile phone images can be downloaded onto your computer and then uploaded to us via our upload facility. All copyright must be yours or you must have permission from whoever owns it.
Payment
Payment is taken at the end of your order and includes all taxes. We accept all major credit cards and paypal. All bank details are protected by Java 128- bit encryption and are never held in clear text anywhere. Only upon reaching our computer are they decrypted making this very secure. If you have any queries regarding the security of your details please do not hesitate to contact us for reassurance.
Retained Images
Once an order has been placed and processed, all images used will normally be retained in digital format on our computer for repeat order purposes. These images will be automatically deleted after 12 weeks. Of course you have the option of having them deleted immediately after processing so feel free to advise us of your wishes regarding this.
Returns Policy
In order to understand how your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distant Selling Directive please consult clause (13). This does not apply however to an order that has been rejected and returned simply because the customer has changed his or her mind after the order has been filled.
