Delivery Service

As with our Return Policy, Picture Me In Crystal have a straight forward Delivery Service. We aim to deliver our products  to anywhere in the UK within 10 days of order confirmation and  receipt of payment. However this can only be adhered to on normal non holiday times. Where orders go up considerably, Such as Christmas, Valentines, Mothers and Fathers day etc where we would advise you to order a little earlier to make sure you have your gifts on time.

Express Delivery Service

In cases where your order can be held up through no fault of our own for example Postal strike, Picture Me In Crystal will offer an express delivery service in order to get your items to you on time . This service has an additional charge but you will be notified by Telephone and Email if we feel it is necessary. We note that this service is only used in extreme circumstances and you will not be charged for it if it is our fault your items may arrive late. Normally your items are sent by Second class post , Registered. If you require your items to get to you more quickly please contact us to discuss other delivery options. All customers requiring delivery outside of the UK are advised to contact us for pricing.



Damaged/Faulty Goods

As we mentioned earlier in our Refund Policy, Picture Me In Crystal Photograph and check for any imperfections in all of our products. If by any chance your item doesn't arrive  on time and in Pristine condition please inform us immediately. Your satisfaction with all our products is our first priority and we hope when they do arrive they will give you timeless pleasure. You and your Loved ones..
